Pat has been an independent personal property appraiser since 2001 and a consulting associate with Appraisal Resource Associates, Inc. since 1993. Her work spans residential contents, antiques, decorative arts, and fine arts — always grounded in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the ethics of the American Society of Appraisers.

She has served clients across Long Island and the tri-state area, preparing reports for estates and executors, insurers and policy-holders, attorneys handling divorce and estate matters, charitable donors, and families navigating downsizing and liquidation. Her reports are commissioned by individuals, law firms, insurance carriers, trust officers, and non-profits alike.
